During the daytime, one can visit a family doctor. Ask Jonathan for information. However, often the easiest thing to do is to go to the Guardia Medica on Via Regina Margherita in Cuglieri after 8 pm. This is a local emergency service that will help you with most things or at least point you in the right direction. For foreigners they charge a nominal fee. There is seldom much of a waiting time.

Generally, if you have problems in towns like Cuglieri, Tresnuraghes, etc. you call the Carabinieri as they have a local station, while the police has a station in Macomer and in other bigger towns. However, even if you call the police they should help in sorting out the problem.
